彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症中的应用

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症中的应用价值。方法:回顾性地分析了45例下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症病例的二维超声图像及彩色多普勒血流显像改变,检测下肢动脉管壁、管径、内膜以及有无斑块、彩色血流变化、血流频谱形态及性质。仪器选用AgilentDX型彩超,探头频率7.5MHz～10MHz。结果:超声图像上表现为病变血管内中膜呈不规则增厚,局部可见斑块显示,其中15例合并管腔内径明显狭窄或闭塞。结论:彩色多普勒超声对下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的诊断具有很高的灵敏性和准确性,可以为临床诊断提供可靠信息。

The Application of Color Doppler Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Atherosclerosis Obstruction in Lower Extremities

Objective To evaluate the application of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of atherosclerosis obstruction in lower extremities. Methods 45 cases of atherosclerosis obstruction in lower extremities were diagnosed by color doppler echocardiography, including the walls, diameter, intima of blood vessel, patch and the size of it, the change of color blood stream, the shape and the nature of blood stream＇ s spectrum. Results The characteristics of ASO was irregular thickened intimia and formation of atherosclerotic plaques. Obviously stenosis and obstruction was found in 15 cases. Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of atheroselerosis obstruction in lower extremities, which can offer the reliable index for the clinical diagnosis.
