| 摘 要： | 目的：比较PDCA指导下的临床带教方法和传统临床带教方法在护理临床操作技能教学中效果的差别。方法：以护理本科生77人为试验对象,分别采用传统临床带教方法和PDCA指导下的新临床带教方法。操作考核内容为口腔护理技术和密闭式静脉输液技术。统计数据用SPSS 10.0软件分析。结果：两组护理本科生口腔护理技术和密闭式静脉输液技术操作考试评分比较有统计学意义。结论：PDCA指导的新带教方法有利于提高护理操作技能。
