| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小剂量瑞芬太尼对产妇分娩的镇痛效果及对分娩结局的影响。方法对27例产妇分娩时实施小剂量瑞芬太尼静脉自控镇痛(观察组)并与30例未实施麻醉产妇(对照组)进行比较。结果观察组镇痛效果明显优于对比组,两组催产素使用、剖宫产率、产后出血量及新生儿1～10min Apgar评分无统计学差异。结论小剂量瑞芬太尼静脉自控镇痛有起效快、镇痛效果好、对产妇生理影响小、对胎儿无不良影响、产妇易于接受等优点,受到医护人员的好评及孕产妇的欢迎,值得推广。 |
