小麦中砷的测定

摘    要:
小麦中砷的含量是食品卫生安全监督监测的重点项目。砷是有毒有害元素,对人体危害极大。采用混合酸消解,去除有机质,利用氢化物发生—原子荧光法测定小麦中砷的含量,方法灵敏度高、准确性强、操作简便实用,适合于小麦及植物中砷的检测。

Abstract:
A method for the determination of trace arsenic in wheat samples by hydride generation- atomic fluorescence with mix acid digesting was proposed in this paper. Arsenic is one of the toxic elements and is extremely harmful to the human body. The method has the advantages of high accuracy, precision, simple operation and was suitable for arsenic analysis in wheat plants.
