| 摘 要： | 在温病学家叶天士关于"入血就恐耗血动血,直须凉血散血"理论的启发下,以临床实践为根据,探讨了过敏性紫癜以风热毒邪外侵和蕴蓄热毒久伏为主要病因,分析了耗血动血病机在本病发生发展过程中的重要性,总结了凉血散血法在治疗本病不同类型病例时的具体用药规律。 |

| Abstract: | Enlightened by the theory of cooling blood to dissipate stasis if heat evil entering blood to hematozemia and disturbing which was created by YE Tian-shi,who was a scholar of febricity diseases,the author approached that the main etiological factor of allergic purpura is being attacked by extraneous toxic wind and heat and collecting toxic heat,analyzed the significance of pathogenesis of hematozemia and disturbing blood in the pathological course of allergic purpura,and summarized the specific medication regular patterns in diagnosing and treating distinguished types cases of allergic purpura with the method of cooling blood to dissipate stasis. |
