研究型医院临床实习组织管理与思考

[目的]探讨医学生在研究型医院进行临床实习的科学组织和管理方法.[方法]根据本院临床教学特点,从严把好入口、培训、管理关.[结果]本院实习生教育管理工作已实现流程化、规范化.[结论]不断改进创新各项工作,建立完善的规章制度,对提高实习生的组织与管理具有重要意义.

Organizational Management and Thinking of Clinical Clerkship in Research-oriented Hospital

[Objective] To explore the scientific organization and management method of clinical clerkship of medical students in research-oriented hospital. [Methods] According to clinical instruction characteristics of our hospital, strict admission, training and administration were made. [Results]Procedure and standardization on education management of interns in our hospital were carried out. [Conclusion] It is important to constantly improve and innovate all kinds of work, and set up perfect regulations for enhancing the organization and man- agement of interns.
