传染病医院护士的工作压力调查及影响因素分析

目的 探讨传染病医院护士的工作压力现状及影响因素.方法 采用中国护士工作压力量表和一般情况问卷,对传染病医院151名护士进行问卷调查.结果 传染病医院护士的工作压力总分((97.67±18.67)分,属中度水平.经回归分析,主要影响因素有被感染机会、担心传染给家人、课题压力、受消毒伤害、职称.结论 传染病医院护士的工作压力主要来源于疾病传染风险、职业暴露危险和消毒设施对身体的伤害,管理者应加大护士安全工作环境的投入.

Survey and analysis on influencing factors of working pressure for nurses from infectious disease hospitals

Objective To study the present situation of working pressure and influencing factors for nurses from infectious disease hospitals. Method Investigate 151 nurses from infectious disease hospitals by Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire and General Situation Questionnaire. Result The total score of working pressure for nurses from infectious disease hospitals is （97. 67± 18. 67）, which is medium degree. Regressive analysis demonstrates that the main influencing factors are the chances to be infected, concern on family infection, pressure from subjects, injury from disinfection and pro- fessional title. Conclusion Working pressure of nurses from infectious disease hospitals is mainly from risk to be infected, danger of occupational exposure and physical injury from disinfection facilities. Managers should increase the investment to build up a safe working environment.
