| 摘 要： | 目的:观察香附四物汤对气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者凝血功能的影响并评价其临床疗效.方法:选取12例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者,口服香附四物汤配方颗粒治疗3个月经周期,观察治疗前后临床疗效,并检测治疗前和治疗第2月经周期、第3月经周期月经来潮12小时内凝血功能.结果:经香附四物汤治疗后,12例患者总有效率为83.3%.治疗后凝血功能示APTT时间延长,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),其余项目治疗前后无明显变化(P＞0.05).结论:香附四物汤对气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者疗效较好,且能延长APTT,可能为其治疗本病机制之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xiangfu Siwu Decoction’s treatment on primary dysmenorrhea of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis and to evaluate Xiangfu Siwu Decoction’s impact on blood coagulation.Method: choosing 12 patients suffered from primary dysmenorrhea of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,taking Xiangfu Siwu granular,Observing the curative effect,and detecting the vary of PT、INR、APTT、TT、FIB before treatment、the 2nd and the 3rd Menstrual cycle within 12 hours.Result: Xiangfu Siwu Decoction have multiple significant effect on primary dysmenorrhea of syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can prolong APTT,compared with no vary on other programs. |
