彩色超声多普勒对宫角妊娠的诊断价值

目的探讨彩色超声多普勒对宫角妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析31例宫角妊娠的彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,并对结果进行分析。结果超声声像图表现为孕囊型（13例）、包块型（18例）。超声正确诊断25例,准确率80.6%。误诊为子宫浆膜下肌瘤变性1例,误诊为输卵管间质部妊娠2例,不全纵膈子宫伴一侧宫腔妊娠的1例,滋养细胞疾病1例,偏心性宫内孕1例。结论彩超对宫角妊娠的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,具有重要的临床价值。

The value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis for cornual pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound（TVCDU） in diagnosis for cornual pregnancy.Methods 31 cases with cornual pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to postoperative pathological diagnosis and the characteristics of TVCDU.Results According to results of ultrasound images,cornual pregnancy is divided into two types： gestational cyctic type（13cases）,mass type（18cases）.25 patients were accurately diagnosed in 31 cases of cornual pregnancy（accuracy rate was 80.6%）.one case was misdiagnosed as degeneration of the subserosal fibroids,one case as incomplete mediastinum uterus with one side of the intrauterine pregnancy,2 cases as interstitial pregnancy,1 case as gestational trophoblastic disease and the rest one case as intrauterine pregnancy.Conclusions TVCDU is a feasible way with important clinical value for diagnosis of cornual pregnancy.
