| 摘 要： | 我室对湖南籍汉族人的HLA-A、B、C、DR及DQ抗原分布进行了调查。大部分位点的抗原频率与广东、湖北、北京、上海及四川的调查近似。仅B7(0.0096)抗原频率较低,而 DR1(0.2131)抗原频率又高于湖北、北京及四川各地。另外我们从调查中发现8例CW1、3、7均有Bw46抗原。

| Abstract: | The distribution of HLA antigens A, B, C, DR and DQ was investigated among Hans nationality in Hunan province. The antigen frequencies of most loci were similar to Guangdong, Hubei, Beijing, Shanghai and Sichuan, except the frequency of B7 (0.0096) was lower and DR1 (0.2131) was higher. In Addition, in eight cases with Cw1,Cw3,Cw7 triad from this investigation, all were demonstrated antigen Bw46. |
