环孢霉素A治疗再生障碍性贫血

环孢霉素A(CsA)是近年来治疗重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)的常用药物,且对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)亦有明显疗效。本组用CsA治疗19例再生障碍性贫血,11例有效,总有效率为57.89％;其中8例SAA中2例治愈,2例缓解,1例明显进步,有效率62.5％。11例CAA中2例治愈,3例缓解,1例明显进步,有效率54.5％,疗效显著。全组未见肝、肾毒性和免疫抑制剂相关性感染。可做为治疗再生障碍性贫血的首选药物。

Aplastic Anemia Treated with Cyclosporin A

Cyclosporin A(CsA)is commonly used in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia, and it has an excellent therapeutic effect against chronic aplastic anemia(CAA). In this study nineteen patients with aplastic anemia were treated with CsA, and total effective rate was 57. 89% (11 cases) . Of eight patients with SAA, 2 were cured, 2 remissed, 1 was improved (the effective rate 62. 5%); Of eleven patients with CAA, 2 were cured, 3 remissed, 1 was improved (the effective rate 54. 5% ) . No liver nephrotoxic and immune inhibitor correlation infection were observed in these patients. It is conduded that this drug may be the first choice for the treatment of aplastic anemia.
