超早期针刺治疗面神经炎86例疗效观察

目的观察超早期针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效及对疗程的影响。方法将170例急性期面神经炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组86例在急性期予患侧浅刺治疗,静止期和恢复期常规辨证针刺,并西医常规及超短波治疗,对照组84例,急性期不予针刺,其他治疗同治疗组。分别于治疗前及治疗2、3、4、6周时对2组进行面神经功能评定,对2组6周内痊愈率与痊愈所需平均天数进行比较,6周后统计临床疗效。结果治疗组2周后面神经功能评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。治疗3、6周2组House-Brackmann（H-B）面神经功能分级比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,治疗组效果优于对照组。治疗组总有效率97.67%,对照组91.67%2,组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组痊愈所需平均天数明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论面神经炎超早期给予针刺治疗可明显改善面神经功能,提高疗效,缩短疗程。

Clinical observation on acupuncture treatment of very early in treating facial neuritis

Objective To observe the effect and course of acupuncture treatment of very early in treating facial neuritis.Methods 170 patients with facial neuritis in acute stage were randomly divided into two groups.86 cases in treatment group were given ipsilateral superficial acupuncture in acute stage,conventional differentiation of acupuncture in quiescent stage and recovery phase.84 patients in control group were just given conventional differentiation of acupuncture in quiescent stage and recovery phase.Facial nerve function was evaluated in before and different times after treatment.The recovery rate and time of therapy to recovery within six weeks were compared.Results The scores of facial nerve function in treatment group were higher than those in control group two weeks after treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.There was obvious difference between two groups on grading facial nerve function of House-Brackmann at 3,6 weeks after treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The course of treatment in treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of very early in treating facial neuritis can improve facial nerve function,enhance therapeutic effect and shorten course of treatment.
