女性泌尿生殖道感染解脲支原体的耐药性监测

目的观察女性泌尿生殖道感染解脲支原体对抗菌药物的耐药性。方法通过回顾性调查和药敏试验方法,对本医院妇科送检的女性泌尿生殖道感染标本中支原体进行检验和药敏试验。结果从该医院妇科送检的446份标本中,检出解脲支原体191例,阳性率为42.8%。经对临床常用9种抗菌药物药敏试验,解脲支原体对强力霉素、原始霉素、四环素、交沙霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、红霉素敏感率范围为99%~72%;而对氧氟沙星和环丙沙星耐药率为60%以上。结论该医院妇科女性泌尿生殖道感染的解脲支原体对多数抗菌药物敏感,对部分抗菌药物耐药。

SURVEILLANCE FOR DRUG RESISTANCE TO Mycoplasma urealytium OF URINARY AND GENITAL TRACT INFECTION OF FEMALE

Objective To know the drug resistance to Mycoplasma urealytium of urinary and genital tract infection of female.Methods Retrospective survey and drug susceptibility test were used to detect Mycoplasma urealytium in the specimens of urinary and genital tract infections of female in obstetrics and gynecology department of this hospital.Results 191 strains(42.8%) of Mycoplasma urealytium were detected from the 446 specimens sent by obstetrics and gynecology department of this hospital.Drug susceptibility test was conducted for 9 kinds of antibiotics commonly used in clinic and the sensitive rates of Mycoplasma urealytium to Deoxycycline,Pristinamycin,Cyclomycin,Josamycine,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin and Erythromycin ranged from 72% to 99%.The sensitive rates to Ofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin were over 60%.Conclusion Mycoplasma urealytium that detected from specimens of urinary and genital tract infections of female in obstetrics and gynecology department of this hospital is sensitive to most of antibiotics while resistant to some antibiotics.
