摘    要:
目的了解医院住院患者鼻前庭定植细菌的种类及其耐药情况。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和细菌检测分离鉴定方法,对某三甲医院住院患者的鼻前庭定植菌进行了检测。结果在2010年5月的某日共采集433例住院患者鼻前庭标本,检出阳性标本385份,总带菌率为88.9%。共分离出456株菌,其中革兰阳性球菌412株,革兰阴性杆菌39株,真菌5株。主要致病菌种类有凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌369株,耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌16株;肠杆菌科细菌22株,铜绿单胞杆菌10株,鲍曼不动杆菌7株,白色念珠菌5株。结论该医院住院患者鼻前庭细菌携带率较高,以革兰阳性球菌为主,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌所占比重最高。

Abstract:
Objective To understand bacterial colonization species existed on hospitalized patients' nasal vestibule and to evaluate their drug resistance.Methods Swab sampling and bacterial culturing and identification were used to detect bacterial colonization of the patients' anterior nares in the tertiary hospital of Beijing.Results A total of 433 hospitalized patients' anterior nares specimens were collected on some day in May 2010.385 positive specimens were detected and the total patient germ-carrying rate was 88.9%.Among 456 bacteria isolated there were 412 strains gram-positive bacteria,39 strains gram-negative bacteria and 5 strains fungi.The main pathogenic bacteria species were 369 strains coagulase negative Staphylococcus,16 strains Methcillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,22 strains Enterobacteriaceae,10 strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa,7 strains Acinetobacter baumannii and 5 strains Candida albicans.Conclusion The bacterial carriage rate of hospitalized patients' nasal vestibule in this hospital is relatively high.The main bacteria are gram-positive cocci and coagulase-negative Staphylococci occupy the highest proportion of total.
