发挥综合性大学办学优势 加快医学教育改革与发展

南通大学合并组建以来，充分发挥综合性大学的办学优势，积极应对医学教育发展中呈现的整体化、综合化、多元化趋势，以实现医学教育全面、协调、可持续发展为目标，从资源整合、课程体系优化、教学内容更新、创新能力培养、实践教学改革、人文教育实施等方面进行了有益的探索和实践，在深化医学教育教学改革、优化医学学科专业建设、提高医学人才培养质量等方面取得了一定的成效。

Exert the advantages of comprehensive university to speed up the reform and development of medi- cal education

Nantong University brings into full play the advantages of the comprehensive university and actively responds to the holistic, comprehensive and diversified tendency for the development of medical education. Since Nantong University has been merged, a lot useful exploration and practice has been done such as resource integration, curriculum optimization, teaching content update, innovation capability education, medical practice teaching reform and medical humanities education in order to achieve the goal of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of medical education. We have gained some achievements in deepening the teaching reform of medical education, in optimizing of medical disciplines ＇ construction and in improving the quality of medical personnel training, etc.
