54例胶质肉瘤临床特征分析

【目的】探讨胶质肉瘤的临床特征。【方法】分析上海华山神经外科集团医院1999～2008年间经神经病理证实的胶质肉瘤病例54例的临床资料探讨其特点。【结果】本组患者共54例,其中51例住于大脑半球,占94．4％;在40～60岁年龄段多发,占75．9％;男性发病多于女性;其较胶质母细胞瘤生存期更短,并具有一定的颅外转移性。【结论】胶质肉瘤是一种少见的恶性颅内肿瘤,临床表现和影像学检查无特异性,预后较胶质母细胞瘤更差,其确诊依赖病理学检查。

Clinical Analysis of the Characteristic of 54 cases with Gliosarcoma

[Objective] To explore the characteristic of gliosarcoma by clinical data and literature review. [Methods] The clinical data of 54 cases with gliosarcoma which were selected from Shanghai Huashan Neurosurgery Group Hospital from 1999 to the first half of 2009 and diagnosed by neuro-pathology Were analyzed. Pertinent literatures were reviewed and the characteristic of gliosarcoma was discussed. [Results] Among 54 gliosarcoma, 51 cases located in cerebral hemisphere, which accounted for 94. 4%. Gliosarcoma mostly occurred in patients with 40-60 years old, which accounted for 75.9%. Males were more than females. And the survival time of gliosarcoma was shorter than that of glioblastoma, and the former had extraneural metastases. [Conclusion] Gliosarcoma is a rare malignant intracranial tumor, which has no specificity in clinical symptom and imageology display. The prognosis of gliosarcoma was worse than that of glioblastoma. Its final diagnosis depends on pathology examination.
