摘    要:DNA甲基化是调节真核生物基因表达的重要方式之一.DNA甲基化在正常细胞癌变过程中发挥重要的作用.在多种肿瘤类型中,控制细胞周期、增殖、凋亡、转移、耐药性以及细胞内信号传导的相关基因存在异常甲基化.

Abstract:DNA methylation is a way of regulating gene expression of eukaryotes. DNA methylation in the regulation of normal cell development and cancer play an important role. There is evidence that in cancer patients compared with normal subjects,the former showed higher tumor suppressor gene methylation and cancer gene abnormality hypomethylation. In a variety of cancer types, related genes that can control cell cycle, proliferation, apoptosis ,metastasis,drug resistance and intracellular signal transduction exsist abnomal methylation.
