肾母细胞瘤组织CXCR4和VEGF表达及临床意义

目的了解趋化因子受体4（CXCR4）及血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在肾母细胞瘤组织表达，并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC方法，检测肾母细胞瘤标本30例和正常肾脏标本10例中的CXCR4与VEGF表达。结果cXcR4在肾母细胞瘤组织高表达（66．67％），在正常肾脏组织低表达（30．0％）；VEGF在肾母细胞瘤组织中高表达（73．33％），在正常肾脏组织中低表达（20．o％），肾母细胞瘤组织与正常肾脏组织CXCR4、VEGF表达比较，差异有显著性（x^2=4．126、8．889，P〈O．05）。不同临床分期、组织分型及有无转移的肾母细胞瘤组织中CXCR4和VEGF阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=4．014～5．301，P〈0．05）。肾母细胞瘤组织中CXCR4与VEGF的表达呈正相关性（r一0．392，P〈0．05）。结论肾母细胞瘤组织中CXCR4和VEGF均高表汰，CXCR4及VEGF可能成为预测肾母细朐瘤浸润转移的萤要指标。

THE EXPRESSION OF CXCR4 AND VEGF IN NEPHROBLASTOMA AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expressions of CXCR4 and VEGF in nephroblastoma and explore their effects and significance. Methods The expressions of CXCR4 and VEGF in 10 cases of normal kidney tissue and 30 samples of nephro blastoma tissue were detected by by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rate of CXCR4 arid VEGF in normal kidney tissue was lower than that in the tumor, 30.0% vs 66.67%. The expression of VEGF in the tumor was 73.33%vs 20.0% in the normal kidney, the difference between them was significant （x^2=4. 126,8. 889;P〈0. 05）. The expression rate between CXCR4 and VEGF in different clinical stages, tissue typing and with or without metastasis of tumor tissue was statistically signifi- cant （x^2=4.014-5. 301：P〈0. 05）. The expression of CXCR4 and VEGF was positively correlated （r=0.392,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion CXCR4 and VEGF are highly expressed in nephroblastoma, which are more likely to become an important index in predicting infiltration and metastasis of this tumor.
