针对性心理护理对肺结核初治病人服药依从性影响

目的探讨针对性心理护理对肺结核初治病人用药规律性的影响。方法肺结核初治病人148例,随机分为实验组和对照组（各74例）,实验组采用针对性心理护理,对照组采用一般心理护理。分别于治疗后2个月、半年对两组病人服药依从性进行调查。结果治疗2个月,实验组服药依从性差者明显少于对照组,差异有显著性（χ2=10.959,P〈0.05）;治疗半年后,实验组服药依从性差者亦明显少于对照组,差异有显著性（χ2=15.781,P〈0.05）。结论针对性心理护理能够明显提高肺结核初治病人的服药依从性。

EFFECT OF TARGETED MENTAL NURSING ON COMPLIANCE OF DRUG ADMINISTRATION IN PATIENTS RECEIVING INI- TIAL TREATMENT FOR PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

Objective To explore the effect of targeted mental nursing on the compliance of medication in patients initial- ly treated for pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods This study consisted of 148 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, who were evenly randomized to experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were offered targeted mental nursing, those in the control group received general mental nursing. The compliance of medication at two months and six months of treatment was investigated. Results At two months of treatment, the patients with poor compliance was fewer in experimen- tal group than that in the control, with a significant difference between the two group （x2 = 10. 959, P〈0.05）, at six months of therapy, the patients with poor compliance in the experimental group were also fewer than that in the control （x2= 15. 781 ,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Targeted mental nursing care can obviously improve the compliance of medication in initially treated patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
