心理干预对精神分裂症病人亲属心理健康及生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合性心理干预对精神分裂症病人亲属心理健康状况及生活质量的影响。方法对精神分裂症病人一级亲属进行为期12周的心理干预,在干预前后应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、生活质量量表（SF-36）进行心理测评。结果干预前精神分裂症病人亲属的SCL-90量表中抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、恐怖因子以及SAS、SDS评分高于全国常模（t=1.46～8.06,P〈0.05）,心理干预后SCL-90量表中抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、恐怖因子及SAS、SDS、SF-36评分较干预前显著降低（t=2.15～4.78,P〈0.05）。结论精神分裂症病人亲属的心理问题较为明显,而综合性心理干预可有效改善其心理状况及生活质量。

EFFECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON MENTAL HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN RELATIVE OF PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIA

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on mental health status and quality of live in relatives of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Mental intervention was carried out in the first-degree relatives of schizophrenia patients for 12 weeks.Their mental condition was assessed-before and after the intervention-by using SCL-90,SAS,SDS,and SF-36.Results Before the intervention,the scores of depression,anxiety,fear,somatization,SAS and SDS in SCL-90 rating scales of patients＇ relatives were higher than that of national norm;After the intervention,the scores of the above factors and SF-36 decreased significantly（t=2.15-4.78,P0.05）.Conclusion Mental health problems obviously exist in the first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia,and a comprehensive psychotherapy may effectively improve their mental health and quality of life.
