芬太尼、异丙酚静脉麻醉联合阿托品在无痛人流术中疗效（附100例）

目的探讨芬太尼、异丙酚静脉麻醉联合阿托品用于人工流产术的麻醉效果及不良反应。方法选择50例妊娠6～10周要求无痛人流的妇女,采用芬太尼、异丙酚静脉麻醉联合阿托品,与同期未采用任何镇痛措施的另50例人流者（对照组）相比较,观察其镇痛效果及对呼吸、循环系统的影响。结果芬太尼、异丙酚静脉麻醉联合阿托品用于人工流产术镇痛效果良好,有效率100%,对循环及呼吸系统有轻度抑制作用,不影响子宫收缩及阴道出血量。结论芬太尼、异丙酚联合阿托品静脉麻醉用于无痛人流术镇痛效果满意,不良反应小,值得推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of 100 Suction Termination of Pregnancy Case with Propofol Anesthesia Using Fentangl,Propofpl and Atropine

Objective To detect the influence of （suction termination of pregnancy）cases.Methods 50 patients with 6～10 weeks of pregnancy for women required painless,using fentanyl,propofol intravenous anesthesia combined with atropine,with the same preiod did not use any of the other pain measures were 50cases ofabortiom（control group）with,to observe the analgesia and respiratory,circulatory systern.Results Propofol anesthesia on STOP using fentangl,propofpl combained with atropine have a better effect,the effective rate is 100%,and have little restrain effect on circulatory and respiratory system.Conclusion Propofol anesthesia on STOP using fentangl,propofpl combained with atropine have a better effect,and can be used in wider area.
