| 摘 要： | 目的：使用不同的手术方法治疗口腔、外阴及足跖部疣状癌。方法：2006年4月～2011年4月共收治25例疣状癌患者,分别采用皮肤移植、局部皮瓣修复、部分截趾及阴茎部分切除的方法治疗;从距离瘤体2cm左右的范围切除肿瘤,并从基底部将肿瘤完整切除,外阴生殖器部位疣状癌患者术后给予保留导尿。结果：采用不同的手术方法治疗了25例疣状癌,切口Ⅰ期愈合的23例,延期愈合1例,阴茎部分切除后尿道口狭窄者1例。结论：外科手术是治疗疣状癌的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate different surgical approaches for treating verrucous carcinoma of oral cavity,externalia and sole.Methods Twenty-five cases of verrucous carcinoma were treated by dermatoplasty,reconstruction with skin flap,toe amputation or penis merotomy.Excision was carried 2 cm from the body of tumor,which was removed completely.Urethral catheterization was conducted after operation on externalia.Results Incisions of twenty-three cases were primary healing except one delayed healing and one urethra... |
