腰椎间盘疾病影像诊断价值分析

目的探讨CT．MRI在诊断腰椎同盘疾病中的影像表现特点，提高诊断准确率，为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法对200例腰椎同盘疾病患者的cT．MRI影像资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果200例病变发生在L2-4。椎体者21例，L4-5椎体者112例，Ls-S1椎体者67例。本组病例，116例属于腰椎间盘突出症，13例属于脱出症，71例属于膨出症。结论CT、MRI是目前诊断腰椎间盘疾病的熏可靠方法。可以明确为临床治疗提供依据，也可以为外科手术提供方便，MRI检查准确率优于CT。
