| 摘 要： | 目的观察闭合复位经皮内固定治疗肱骨近端不稳定骨折的疗效。方法对21例移位的肱骨近端二、三部分骨折采用闭合复位经皮内固定治疗。结果平均随访18个月,患者全部骨折愈合;根据Neer评分:优14例,良4例,优良率为86%。结论闭合复位经皮内固定是治疗肱骨近端二、三部分骨折的理想方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of closed reduction and percutaneous fixation for unstable proximal humeral fracture. Methods 21 cases of 2- and 3-part proximal humeral fractures were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 18 months on average. All got bony healing. According to Neer Scoring System, the results were excellent in 14 cases, good in 4, fair in 2 and poor in 1, and the excellent and good rate was 86%. Conclusions It is an ideal way to treat 2- and 3-part proximal humeral fracture with closed reduction and percutaneous fixation. |
