重症急诊病人的心理护理临床研究

目的对重症急诊病人的心理特点及其对应的心理护理措施进行研究。方法对我院2008年2月至2010年2月期间102例重症急诊病人心理行为进行分析,对患者实施心理护理干预措施。结果根据病人不同的心理特点,给予合适的心理支持、疏导及疾病宣教,可以缓和患者的紧张情绪,有助于患者的治疗。结论分析重症监护患者心理变化,积极实施科学合适的心理护理,对提高病人的治愈率,降低病死率具有重要的作用。

Clinical Study of Psychological Care in Patients with Severe Emergency

Objective To study the psychological characteristics of patients with severe emergency and the corresponding measures of psychological care. Methods The psychological behavior of 102 patients with severe emergency in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2010 was analyzed,and the patients were implemented the psychological nursing intervention. Results According to the different psychological characteristics,the patients were given appropriate psychological support,ease and disease missionary,which could ease the anxiety of patients,contribute to the treatment of patients. Conclusion Analyzing the psychological changes of intensive care patients and actively implementing the scientific and appropriate psychological care will take important effects in improving the cure rate of patients and reducing the mortality rate.
