摘    要:目的探讨男性2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清25羟基维生素D水平的变化。方法选择男性T2DM患者87例为病例组,同期男性健康体检者90名为正常对照组。用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测各组血清25羟基维生素D水平及相关临床和生化指标。结果①T2DM组血清25羟基维生素D水平为(9.88±3.74)ng/mL,正常对照组为(12.38±3.51)ng/mL,T2DM组25羟基维生素D水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);②将血清25羟基维生素D与临床生化指标进行相关性分析,T2DM组血清25羟基维生素D水平与体重指数(r=0.230)和血钙(r=0.257)正相关,与肌酐负相关(r=-0.245);③T2DM组空腹血糖(FBG)显著高于正常对照组(9.08±3.52)vs(4.55±0.46)mmol/L,P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于正常对照组(1.06±0.28)vs(1.40±0.55)mmol/L,P<0.05)。余临床生化指标无统计学差异。结论男性2型糖尿病患者血清25羟基维生素D水平明显降低,血清25羟基维生素D水平与体重指数、血钙正相关,与肌酐负相关,及时补充维生素D应成为2型糖尿病患者众多治疗手段之一。

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate the serum changes of 25-hydroxyvitamin D level from the male patients with type 2 diabetes.【Methods】87 male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the case group,and 90 male healthy people were selected as the control group.ELISA was used for the detection of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D,【Resluts】1.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level of T2DM group significantly lower than those of the control group(P &lt; 0.05).2.Serum 25-hydroxyitamin D level in T2DM group was positive correlation with body mass index(r = 0.230) and calcium(r = 0.257),and negative correlation with creatinine(r =-0.245).3.Compared with control group,fasting blood glucose(FBG) in T2DM group was significantly higher(9.08±3.52)mmol/L vs(4.55±0.46)mmol/L,P &lt; 0.05),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower(1.06±0.28)mmol/L vs(1.40±0.55)mmol/L,P &lt; 0.05).【Conclusion】Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in male patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly lower than that of control group and serum 25-hydroxyitamin D was positively correlated with body mass index,blood calcium and negatively correlated with creatinine.
