头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠联用莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

目的观察头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠联用莫西沙星治疗老年社区获得性肺炎（community acquired pneumonia,CAP）的疗效。方法将36例病人随机分为两组,治疗组18例,给予头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠2.0g静滴,每日2次,同时联用莫西沙星0.2~0.3 g静滴,每日1次;对照组18例,给予头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠2.0 g静滴,每日2次,同时联用左氧氟沙星0.5 g静滴,每日1次。疗程均为7~14 d。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为94.4%和61.1%,两组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠联用莫西沙星治疗老年CAP安全、有效。

Clinical observation for elderly community acquired pneumonia treated with Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Moxifloxacin

【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Moxifloxacin or Levofloxacin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia in the elders.【Methods】36 patients were divided into two groups at random.18 cases in the treated group were administered with Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium.The dosage of Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium was 2 g,twice daily intravenously and the dosage of Moxifloxacin was 0.2-0.3 g,once daily intravenously.18 cases in the control group were received Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium,the dosage of Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium was 2 g,twice daily intravenously;the dosage of Levofloxacin was 0.5g,once daily intravenously.The duration of treatment was 7-14 d for either of both groups.【Resluts】The efficacy rates of the treated group and the control group were 94.4% vs 61.1% respectively.There were statistical differences between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.【Conclusion】Cefoperazone Godium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Moxifloxacin are effective and safe for the treatment of community hospital acquired pneumonia in the elders.
