Sky膨胀式椎体成形器在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的初步应用

摘    要:
目的评价Sky膨胀式椎体成形器在骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的初步疗效。方法应用Sky膨胀式椎体成形器对7例(9椎)骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折行椎体重建,注入PMMA以强化骨折椎体。结果全部病例疼痛明显缓解,后凸畸形大部分矫正,术前术后VAS疼痛评分和Cobb角有显著差异,无并发症发生。结论Sky膨胀式椎体成形器在治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,具有止痛效果满意,矫形可靠,操作简便安全等优点。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate initial efficacy of Sky Bone Expander System on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. Methods 7 patients(9 Vertebrates) of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were performed to reduce the vertebrates with Sky Bone Expander System by filling PMMA to strengthen the vertebrates. Results All patients had complete pain relief,the kyphosis were corrected obviously,post-operation VAS pain scale and Cobb angle were significantly different from pre-operation,no complications occu...
