摘    要:剖析我国医疗器械广告的现状和问题的原因,我国医疗器械广告存在擅自发布、擅自篡改审批内容等问题。应在法律法规宣传、加强部门协调和健全监管体系等方面加强监督和管理。

Abstract:By Analyzed the status in quo and the reasons of the problems in our device advertisement, we find that our device advertisement has many problems,such as making bold to advise, juggling the content of the advertisement,and so on. We should strengthen the supervision of the device, such as propagandizing the rule of law of the device advertisement,reinforcing the harmony of the departments,perfecting the supervision system, and so on.
