| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术的手术经验和临床效果。方法：对19例后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果：治疗组手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间均低于对照组,复发率低。结论：后腹腔镜肾癌根治术具有术中创伤小、术后恢复快、疼痛小的优点,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the surgical techniques experience and clinical effect of radical nephrectomy with retroperitoneal laparoscopic.Methods：The clinical data of 19 cases of patients with radical nephrectomy used retroperitoneal laparoscopic were analyzed and summarized.Results：In the treatment group,blood loss,operative time,hospital stay were lower than those of the control group and has low recurrence rate.Conclusion：RLRN has the advantages of less trauma,rapid recovery and slight pain.It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of renal carcinoma. |
