Clinical analysis of 90 cases of cervical lesions with cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP)

Objective： To Study the treatment of cervical lesions of LEEP. Method： Select 90 cases of cervical lesions ad- mitted in hospital from December 2009 to December 2010, with colposcopy and biopsy, treatment by LEEP, and pathologi- cal diagnosis. The operation time, blood loss and postoperative treatment were studied. Result：The results of colposcopy and cervical biopsy and LEEP specimens postoperative pathology were in line with 78.9%. LEEP, the average operating time was （6.2 ± 3.2） rain, mean blood loss was （ 14.5 ± 5.5） mL, disposable surgical success rate of 97.8%. Con- clusion：Combined with LEEP surgery can improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis of cervical lesions,LEEP is an effective means of diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions, with a high clinical value.
