| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新生儿淋菌性结膜炎的治疗效果。方法：将我院2005年以来确诊的62例新生儿淋菌性结膜炎患者,应用4000U/mL青霉素配制液滴眼,全身予以青霉素肌注或静滴进行治疗。结果：62例治愈。时间最短3天,最长7天,平均5天。结论：采用4 000 U/mL青霉素配制液滴眼,合并全身应用青霉素治疗新生儿淋菌性结膜炎,疗效好,治愈快,不良反应小,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of Neonatal Gonococcal Conjunctivitis. Methods：62 cases of Neonatal Gono- coccal Conjunctivitis cases diagnosed by our hospital since 2005, Local treatment of eye drops with prepared 4（~）0U/ml penicillin, and intramuscular or intravenous penicillin systemic to be treated. Results：62 cases were cared after 3 to 7 days treatment （an average of 5 days）. Conclusion：The preparation of eye drops with 4000U/ml penicillin and systemic application of penicillin treatment of Neonatal Gonococcal Conjunctivitis is effective with fewer side effects. It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
