| 摘 要： | 本文通过对19例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤声像图表现及其病理基础的研究,结果表明:肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的典型声像图特点是具有包膜反射的形态规则的低回声肿块。随着肿瘤内部结构的不同,其回声强弱有变化。肿瘤的回声强弱取决于肿瘤细胞、血管、纤维组织的含量多少和分布状态。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the study of pathological bases and ultrasonographies of adrenal pheochromocy-toma. The result showed that regular low echo mass and membrane is the typical ultrasonographies of adrenal pheochro-mocytoma.The differenet pathological fundion of the tumor showes low or high echo. The low or high echo dependes on distribute and lontent of the tumor celles and vesselles and fibers. |
