表皮生长因子受体在上颌窦癌中的表达

目的：探讨表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在上颌窦癌中的表达与患者预后的关系。方法：运用免疫组化标记链霉菌素—生物素技术检测了42例上颌窦癌和20例正常上颌窦粘膜组织中EGFR的表达情况。结果：20例正常上颌窦粘膜组织全部为阴性，42例上颌窦癌组织中28例出现EGFR阳性表达（阳性率66．7％）。EGFR的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移之间无明显相关性，而与组织分化程度、患者生存率之间显著相关。低分化上颌窦癌EGFR的表达较中、高度分化上颌窦癌明显增高（P＜0．05）；具有EGFR阳性表达的上颌窦癌患者3年生存率明显低于阴性患者（P＜0．05）。结论：EGFR的表达在上颌窦癌的发生发展中起一定作用，并可作为判断上颌窦癌生物学行为和预后的一个参考指标。

Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Expression in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Maxillary Sinus

Objective To detect the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus and its relationship to prognosis of patients. Methods The expression of EGFR in 42 squamous cell carcinoma and 20 normal mucosa of maxillary sinus was studied with immunohistochemical LSAB (Lablled streptavidin biotin) method. Results EGFR was negative in all 20 normal mucosa specimens, and it was positive in 28of 42 squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus. The expression of EGFR did not correlate with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis, but correlated significantly with differentiation grade and the survival rate. A significantly higher positive rate was found in poorly differentiated tumcrs than in moderate and well differentiated ones. The 3-year survival rate in patients with expression of EGFR was much lower than those patients with EGFR-negative results(p<0. 05). clusion EGFR may play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis in mucosa of maxillary sinus, and be used as a useful marker for the assessment of biological behavior and prognosis of carcinoma of maxillary sinus.
