鼻内翻性乳头状瘤与人乳头瘤病毒感染的相关性研究

目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)发病及复发的相关性.方法 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和PCR产物斑点杂交技术,检测33例患者42份NIP石蜡和新鲜标本,以及20份正常鼻黏膜组织HPV6、11、16、18、33五个型别的HPV-DNA.结果 NIP组织HPV总阳性率为54 7%(23/42),其中HPV6为19.0%(8/42),HPV11为21.4%(9/42);HPV16为7.1%(3/42);HPV11 16为7.1%(3/42);HPV18 33均为阴性.对照组各型检测结果均为阴性.两组比较差别具有非常显著性意义(P＜0.001).结论 HPV感染在NIP的发病和复发过程中起一定的作用.良性NIP发病与HPV6、11型感染有关.

The relationship between nasal inverted papilloma and human papilloma virus

Objective To study the relationship between nasal inverted papilloma and human papilloma virus.Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and dot blot hybridization were used to detect HPV6,11,16,18,33 DNA of 42 samples from 33 cases of nasal inverted papilloma and 20 samples of normal nasal membrane. Results The total positive rate of HPV in nasal inverted papilloma was 54.7%(23/42), while there was no one sample of normal nasal membrane showing HPV positive.The positive rate of HPV6,HPV11 and HPV16 were 19.0%(8/42),21.4%(9/42)and 7.1%(3/42)respectively.The positive rate of mixed types of HPV11 16 was 7.1%(3/42).All samples showed negative results for HPV18,HPV33. Conclusion The results suggest that nasal inverted papilloma tumors are associated with the infection of HPV, particularly of HPV6 and HPV11, and HPV may play a certain role in the etiology and recurrence of the tumor.
