| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜对异位妊娠的早期诊治价值。方法收集自1996年1月至2003年12月在我院以临床怀疑异位妊娠进行腹腔镜检查的146例患者的临床资料。结果除1例为子宫内孕外，145例患者均为异位妊娠。其中85例患者有流产或破裂征象，盆腹腔内少量积血，平均出血量30ml，60例患者病变部位完整，无腹腔内出血。同时在腹腔镜下进行手术144例。结论腹腔镜能及时、准确地对不典型的异位妊娠作出早期诊断和及时治疗，避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of early diagnosis and treatment of suspicious ectopic pregancy by laparoscopy.Methods 146 patients diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy are reviewed in our hospital during Jan 1996 to Dec 2003 because of clinical suspicious ectopic pregnancy.Results Among 146 cases of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,only 1 case was diagnosed intrauterine pregnancy,the other 145 cases were confirmed the diagnosis by laparoscopy,of which 85 cases with signs of abortion or rupture intraabdominal the average blood loss is 30ml,60 cases of unhappened abortion and unrupture ectopic pregnancy were found no blood in the abdomen.144 of the 145 cases underwent laparoscopic operation successfully.Conclusions Laparoscopy should be the first choice to diagnose and treat clinical suspicious ectopic pregnancy. |
