B超及宫颈评分预测排卵及其临床应用

用B 超对21不孕妇女的47个排卵周期进行观察,结合宫颈评分预测排卵并应用于临床指导用药,受孕率57.1%。本文观察卵泡相互垂直的三个最大直径的平均值发现卵泡生长速度有2个加速期:卵泡成熟期与排卵前期。对可能发生未破裂卵泡黄体化者,结合B 超及宫颈评分适时肌注hCG 5000 IU 促排卵,成功率100%,并对排卵前后超声显象进行了探讨。

B Type Ultrasound Combined with Cervical Scoring in Ovulation Prediction and Its Clinical Application

47 ovulation cycles of 21 infertile women were observed with B type ultrasound and cervicalscoring to prediction ovulation and the ovulation was used in clinic to direct the women to take themedicine which can make them pregnant.In this way,the rate of fetation is 57.1 percent,thisessay tells the averagevalue of the follicles of the mutual verticle Maximum diametres.The growthrate of the follicles has two accelerating durations:the ripeness duration of the follicles and theduration of the pre-ovulation.The women with the coming luteinized unruptured follicles(LUF)wereinjected with hCG 5000IU intramuscularly on the suitable duration(cycles)that were observed with Btyupe ultrasound and cervical scoring resulting in the ovulatory rate of 100 percent.The imagesimplying the periovulation and the post-ovulation have been studied.
