| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肿瘤标记物变化在肺癌患者化疗效果评价中的应用价值.方法:应用电化学发光免疫分析法检测98例肺癌患者化疗前后CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE的浓度.结果:腺癌组PR患者化疗前后CEA显著降低,PD患者明显升高(P＜0.05),NC患者无显著性差异(P＞0.05).鳞癌组PR患者CYFRA21-1显著降低(P＜0.05),PD和NC患者无显著性差异(P＞0.05).小细胞肺癌组NSE在PR患者显著降低(P＜0.05),PD和NC患者无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:监测化疗前后肿瘤标记物CEA、CYFRA21-1、NSE的变化对评价肺癌化疗效果具有一定的应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the value of application for the change of tumor markers in evaluation of the effect of chemotherapy on lung cancer. Methods: CYFRA21-1, CEA and NSE were tested by eletro-chemiluminescence immunoassay in the patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy. Results: The value of adenocarcinoma CEA, squamous cell carcinoma CYFRA21-1 and of small cell lung cancer NSE in the PR group were lower compared to that before chemotherapy (P<0.05). In the PD group with adenocarcinoma, the value of CEA increased (P<0.05). In the NC group, there was no significant difference before and after chemotherapy (P>0.05). Conclusion:Monitoring on the change of tumor marker CEA, CYFRA21-1 and NSE before and after chemotherapy will be beneficial for evaluation of the effect of chemotherapy on lung cancer. |
