| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨应用Gamma钉和DHS治疗股骨转子区骨折的疗效。方法 :对本院 1998年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月应用Gamma钉和DHS治疗的股骨转子区骨折患者各 56例和 61例进行分析。结果 :Gamma钉组比DHS组出血量平均少 3 70ml,下床活动时间早 5～ 6周 ,骨痂生成时间早 4～ 6周 ,骨折愈合时间早 4～ 8周 ,髋关节功能优良率高 ,并发症发生率低 (X2 检验 ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 :Gamma钉比DHS有显著优越性 ,是治疗股骨转子区骨折的首选方法
