黄芩苷对白念珠菌芽管形成及黏附性的影响

摘    要:目的:研究黄芩苷对白念珠菌芽管形成、对白念珠菌黏附人口腔上皮细胞及阴道上皮细胞的影响.方法:将100,50,10 mg·L-1黄芩苷分别与白念珠菌悬液、白念珠菌与口腔上皮细胞混合液、白念珠菌与阴道上皮细胞混合液共同孵育,显微镜下计数芽管形成率、白念珠菌对口腔上皮细胞及阴道上皮细胞的黏附百分率.结果:100,50,10 mg·L-1黄芩苷均能抑制白念珠菌芽管形成及对口腔上皮细胞和阴道上皮细胞的黏附;白念珠菌标准株与临床株之间无显著性差异.结论:黄芩苷对体外白念珠菌的芽管形成及黏附性有较强抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the effects of baicalin against Candida albicans germ tube formation, and adherence to buccal epitherial and vaginal epitherial cells. Method : Various concentrations of baicalin(100,50,10 mg·L-1) were incubated with C. albicans suspension, the mixed suspension of C. albicans and human buccal epitherial cells, the mixed suspension of C. albicans and vaginal epitherial cells, respectively. The effects of baicalin on C. albicans germ tube formation, and adherence to buccal epitherial and vaginal epitherial cells were then assessed microscopically. Result : All concentrations of baicalin could inhibit C. albicans germ tube formation, and adherent to buccal epitherial and vaginal epitherial cells,while there was no significant difference between standard and clinical strains. Conclusion : Baicalin could inhibit C. albicans germ tube formation, and adherence to buccal epitherial and vaginal epitherial cells.
