氨基糖甙类抗生素耳毒性的机制及处置

摘    要:氨基糖甙类抗生毒具有抗菌谱广,对大多数G-引起的感染疗效确切等特点.但该类药物具有个体差异大、治疗指数窄等缺点,应用不当,可引起严重的不良反应.本文参考近期文献从葡萄糖转运及其代谢、第二信使、微量元素和线粒体功能等方面就氨基糖甙类抗生素耳毒性的可能机制及临床处置作一综述.

Abstract:Aminoglycoside antibiotics are commonly used for the treatment of serious gram -negative infections. However, a major limitation to their use is ototoxicity (cochleotoxicity and vestibulotoxicity), nephrotoxicyty, and neuromuscular blockade. In this review, we focus on the possible mechanisms of aminoglycosides ototoxicity about the metabolism of glucose, second messengers, trace elements, the functions of mitochondrial DNA and aminoglycosides ototoxicity clinical preventions.
