国产氨溴索治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效观察

目的 探讨国产氨溴索氯化钠注射液的l临床疗效。方法 将80例有咳嗽咳痰症状的患者随机分为氨溴素组和必嗽平组，氨溴索组静脉滴注氨溴索，每日2次；必嗽平组：饭后口服必嗽平16mg／次，每日3次，疗程2周，对比两者的l临床疗效，并注意观察氨溴索组的副作用。结果 氨溴索组4J0例，其中显效25例，有效14例，无效l例，总有效率为97．5％；必嗽平组4J0例，其中显效15例，有效17例，无效8例，总有效率80．O％，氨溴索组总有效率明显高于必嗽平组（P〈O．05）。结论 国产氨溴索氯化钠注射液是一种十分有效的祛痰、止咳药物。

Therapeutic effect of domestic ambroxol hydrochloride and sodium chlorid injection

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of domestic ambroxol hydrochloride and sodium chlorid injection. Methods Eighty patients with the symptoms of cough and expectoration were divided into two groups at random: one group received domestic ambroxol hydrochloride and sodium chlorid injection bid for 2 weeks, another received 16 mg bromhexine hydrochloride orally after meals also for 2 weeks. The clinical effect and side effect were compared. Results There were 40 cases with the treatment of ambroxol, gaining the total effective rate of 97.5% (25 cases being excellent, 14 cases effective, and 1 case ineffective). For the bromhexine group, the total effective rate was 80% ( 15 cases being excellent, 17 cases effective, 8 case ineffective). There was significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Domestic ambroxol hydrochloride and sodium chlorid injection is a very effective drug in the treatment of cough and expectoration.
