| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨钝挫伤性前房出血的活疗方法及其治疗效果并提高处理其并发症的水平。方法,对钝挫伤性前房出血病例96例进行回顾性分析。结果:96例挫伤性前房积血经治疗后,症状消退,积血吸收。视力恢复情况:0.8-1.0者58例,0.4-0.6者37例,0.1-0.3者6例。结论:前房出血对视力的影响是暂时的,经治疗可吸收,但前房出血的并发症常可导致严重的视力减退,因此,在促进出血吸收的同时应强调预防和处理并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To treat and prevent the complications of contusion hyphema. Methods: 96 eyes were analyzed. Results: The recovery sights, amount of bleeding, eyeball damage degree and other complication were improved after treatment. Conclusion: Hyphema itself might have temporary affection on sights, but it could disappear by absorption of blood. In view of the fact that complications of hyphema could cause serious amopia, complication should be prevented and treated. |
