| 摘 要： | 目的：评价分次手术结合激光治疗颌面部神经纤维瘤病的疗效。方法：对8例神经纤维瘤病患者采用分次手术,术中结合激光止血,皮肤病变采用脉冲激光治疗。结果：8例患者每次手术中出血控制在100～400ml,无失血性休克发生。术后患者外观改善良好,对于皮肤色素斑,激光治疗能在短期内得到一定程度的改善。结论：分次手术结合激光治疗神经纤维瘤病,有肯定的治疗效果,是一种具有良好应用前景的方法。 |

| Abstract: | PURPOSE: To evaluate the clinical effect of neurofibromatosis in the oral and maxillofacial region treated with staged operations and laser therapy. METHODS: Eight cases with neurofibromatosis were treated with staged operations, laser therapy was used for hemostasis during operation, cafe-au-lait was treated with Q-switched laser. RESULTS: The average amount of bleeding was 100-400 ml, no hemorrhagic shock occurred intraoperatively. All patients were of good facial appearance, cafe-au-lait was improved during short-term follow-up. CONCLUSION: Staged operations and laser therapy is a valuable treatment for neurofibromatosis in the oral and maxillofacial region. |
