| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）治疗急性胆囊炎的临床效果及手术方法。方法 对326例急性胆囊炎LC的临床效果及手术进行回顾性分析。结果 对326例急性胆囊炎成功施行LC294例，LC成功率为90．2％，中转开腹32例，开腹率为9．8％，取得了良好的临床效果。结论 绝大多数急性胆囊炎均可成功施行LC，急性胆囊炎可作为LC的适应证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical effect and operative method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for acute cholecystitis.Methods The clinical effect and the operative method of LC for 326 cases of acute cholecystitis were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 326 cases of acute cholecystitis,294 cases were treated by LC successfully (90.2%),and other 32 cases were converted to open cholecystectomy (9.8%).Conclusions Most of acute cholecystitis can be treated by LC successfully.Acute cholecystitis can be regarded as the indication of LC. |
