桃红四物汤对晚期乳腺癌患者血清VEGF的影响

摘    要:
目的:观察桃红四物汤对晚期乳腺癌患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为桃红四物汤+化疗组(桃红四物汤组)30例,逍遥散+化疗组(逍遥散组)30例,单纯化疗组(化疗组)30例;ELISA法检测三组乳腺癌病人治疗6个疗程前后血清VEGF的含量变化。结果:三组乳腺癌患者血清VEGF水平经过治疗均明显降低,桃红四物汤组效果最明显,与其它两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤协同化疗能够有效地降低乳腺癌患者血清VEGF水平,由此阻断血管新生,抑制肿瘤生长转移。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of taohong siwu decoction on serum vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) of patients with ad- vanced breast cancer. Methods: 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups,taohong siwu decoction observation group,xiaoyao powder control group and simple chemotherepy control group,taohong siwu decoction group ( 30cases) was given taohong siwu decoction and chemothera- py,xiaoyao powder group ( 30cases) was given xiaoyao powder and chemotherapy,control group ( 30cases) was simply given chemo- therapy,each group was given the corresponding medicine for six treatment courses,Serum VEGF of each group was determined by ELISA method. Results: There was no difference on serum VEGF levels among three groups before treated,serum VEGF levels of three groups were decreased obviously after treated,the effect of taohong siwu decoction group was the most obvious,there was significant difference be- tween taohong siwu decoction group and the other two groups. Conclusion: Taohong siwu decoction combining with chemotherapy can effectively reduce serum VEGF level of patients with advanced breast cancer,blocking angiogenesis and inhibiting metastasis of tumor.
