| 摘 要： | 目的建立都梁丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中川芎进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定方中君药白芷中欧前胡素的含量。结果在TLC色谱中,能检出川芎;欧前胡素浓度在2.464～61.6μg·ml-1范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;样品中欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为99.60%,RSD为1.3%,（n=6）。结论此方法简便、准确性好,为都梁丸的质量控制提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality control standard for Duliang pills.Methods The TLC method was used to identify Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort..The HPLC method was applied to determine the content of imperatorin in Duliang pills.Results Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.could be indentified by TLC.The linear range of imperatorin was 2.464-61.6 μg · ml-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.60%(RSD=1.3%,n=6).Conclusion This method is accurate and quick,which can be used for quality control of Duliang pills. |
