摘    要:肿瘤免疫是近年来的研究热点,已知肿瘤微环境尤其是炎性微环境在促进肿瘤发生、发展过程中起重要作用。肿瘤浸润的树突状细胞(DC)多存在表型未成熟化、分布异常及功能障碍等现象,这可能是肿瘤诱导机体免疫耐受的重要机制之一。肿瘤炎性微环境可通过多种途径调节DC的分化和成熟,相关信号通路和分子机制正逐步得到阐明,此将为DC疫苗的研制和肿瘤免疫治疗提供新的希望。

Abstract:Tumor immunity is becoming a key point which has been concerned in recent years. It has been demonstrated that tumor inflammatory microenvironment plays an important role in the generation and progress of tumor. Several studies indicated that tumor-infiltrating dendritic cells usually had immature phenotype,dysfunction,and abnormal distribution, which may be an important mechanism of immune tolerance induced by tumor. Tumor inflammatory microenvironment can regulate the differentiation and maturate of dendritic cells through many pathways, the related signal pathways and molecular mechanisms are being illuminated, which may provide new hopes for the advanced development of dendritic cells vaccines and tumor immunotherapy.
