| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院抗糖尿病药物的应用情况，促进其合理使用。方法运用医院药库计算机网络系统对温州医学院附属第一医院2003—2008年抗糖尿病药物的金额、日均费用、用药频度等进行统计、比较和分析。结果近6年来该院抗糖尿病药物的销售金额和用药频度均呈增长趋势。结论抗糖尿病药物市场潜力大，安全、有效、依从性好、价格适中是糖尿病治疗药物的必然发展趋势。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application status of anti- diabetic agents in our hospital and to conduct the analysis and evaluation on the results. Methods To analyze the consumption, DDC and DDDs and cost of anti- diabetic agents based on internet methods from 2003 to 2008. Results Sales sum and DDDs of anti- diabetic agents revealed an increasing tendency. Conclusion Anti- diabetic agents have big market potential and the consumption of biosynthetic human insulin injection and new oral anti- diabetic agents will increase unceasingly. The drugs which are safe, effective with good compliance and moderate prices are as the inevitably developing tends of diabetestreating drugs. |
