| 摘 要： | 目的比较生物羊膜及保存羊膜移植在眼表碱烧伤治疗中的效果。方法48例（60眼）患者随机分为两组。术后随访4～13个月。观察其临床疗效、并发症。结果保存组31眼，角膜上皮修复，28眼视力〉0．1；生物组29例，角膜上皮修复，25眼视力〉0．1。结论在眼表修复与重建过程中生物羊膜与保存羊膜的疗效、预后基本一致。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of biological amnion and preserved amnion transplantation on serious ocular surface alkali burn.Methods The study was performed on 48 patients(60) eyes.Patients were followed up for 4-13 months for observing the clinical effects and complication after operation.Results 28 of 31 eyes in the preserved group and 25 of 29 eyes in the biological group have visual acuity >0.1.Conclusion The curative effect and outcome on treating ocular surface disorder with biological amnion transplantation are the same as thaose with preserved amnion transplantation. |
